ABOUT
The Garden Concert Series is an exciting new performance venue in Redondo Beach. GCS features an intimate chamber concert performed by the Constellation Quartet with a selection of popular, film, and world music, and a new special guest each month. In December we welcome We Are The West.
As vast and indefinable as the West itself, the intrepid sound stylists of We Are The West reach beyond the setting sun to create an eclectic symphonic landscape. Brett Hool (voice/guitar) and John Kibler (bass/voice) formed We Are The West in a shipping container on a sheep farm in Holland, and began performing as a duo in an abandoned convent in Brooklyn, before heeding the call to continue West to Los Angeles. Originally described as "a two-man orchestra of stunning vocals, meditative guitar, and exploratory double bass," the duo paints with a broad palette of sound incorporating drums and percussion, woodwinds, strings, brass, pump organ, accordion, and unique vocal harmonies to create their dynamic and transporting songs. After a series of site-specific EPs, their soulful and intricately crafted debut LP The Golden Shore, and providing the soundtrack for 2 Hearts (#1 on Netflix, June 2021), they've emerged from the pandemic into the warm sunlight with a brisk and immediate collection Only One Us, their finest work yet.

A FEW THINGS
THE Village Garden is a unique venue and we've carefully configured the sections to be satisfying both visually and auditorily. Seating in the garden is a mixture of 6 feet distanced from others and closer seating (per CA guidelines, June 15th). More info can be found by reading through the information on each section.

IF the number of people in your party doesn't match the number of tickets available in a section
1. WE'RE sorry, we know. When we're able to expand and offer more seating flexilbility safely, you'll be the first to know.
2. DUE to Covid regulations we have to pre-sell all tickets and because the venue is so intimate, we only have a max number of people we're able to fit for an optimal experience. If available, you can either buy a larger section and spread out, or try again for next month.
